Sign up for free at clearedforoffer.com. Once logged in, paste a job description into the main app, enter the company and role name, and click Generate. In about 60 seconds, you will receive a fully tailored resume, a custom cover letter, and a ready-to-send application email.

During onboarding, you are guided through creating your first master resume. You can paste your existing resume content or fill in sections manually. This master resume is the source material the AI uses to tailor every application. You can create multiple master resumes for different career directions.

Yes. Paste a job listing URL and click the scrape button. Cleared for Offer uses Firecrawl to extract the job description automatically. This works with most major job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, and Lever.

Each full application (resume + cover letter + email) costs 1 credit. Interview prep costs 0.5 credits. Follow-up emails cost 0.5 credits. Salary negotiation costs 0.5 credits. Free users get 3 applications per month. Paid plans include monthly allocations. Credit packs can be purchased separately and never expire.

You will see a paywall asking you to upgrade your plan or purchase a credit pack. Your existing applications, dashboard, and all generated materials remain accessible. You just cannot generate new tailored materials until you add credits or wait for your monthly allocation to reset.

Go to Account & Billing and click Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free tier.

Monthly plan allocations reset each billing period and do not roll over. However, credit packs purchased separately never expire and carry forward indefinitely.

The ATS (Applicant Tracking System) score ranges from 0 to 100 and measures how well your tailored resume matches the job description. It analyzes keyword matches, skills alignment, and formatting compatibility. Scores above 80 are excellent. Scores between 60-80 are good but could improve. Below 60 suggests significant gaps.

The AI extracts key requirements, skills, and qualifications from the job description, then checks your tailored resume for each one. Matched keywords are listed as strengths. Missing keywords are listed as gaps with specific recommendations on how to incorporate them.

Currently, each generation produces a final tailored resume. To improve your score, review the keyword gaps and recommendations, update your master resume to address them, then regenerate. The AI incorporates the new content in the next tailoring pass.

Go to Batch Upload, upload a CSV file with columns for company, role, and job description (optionally job URL, contact name, contact email). Map your CSV columns to the required fields, preview the rows, then click Start. Each row generates a complete application in the background.

Batch size depends on your plan: Starter supports up to 25 rows, Pro up to 75 rows, and Unlimited up to 200 rows per batch. Free users do not have access to batch import.

Yes. On the batch progress page, click Cancel Batch. Items already processed will remain in your dashboard. Pending items will be marked as skipped. Credits are not charged for skipped items.

On the login page, click Forgot password? and enter your email. You will receive a reset link. If you signed up with Google, you do not have a password — just use the Google sign-in button.

Yes. Free users can have up to 2 master resumes. Starter users can have 5. Pro and Unlimited users have unlimited master resumes. Each application can be generated from a different master resume — useful if you target different industries or roles.

Contact support to request account deletion. All your data — applications, resumes, and personal information — will be permanently removed within 30 days per our privacy policy.
